Service-Based Business

As a digital marketing agency, we provide professional services rather than physical products. Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment work begins, our refund policy differs from typical product-based businesses.

Consultation and Audit Services

Free marketing audits and initial consultations are provided at no cost and do not require any refund consideration.

Monthly Retainer Services

For our monthly retainer packages (Foundation, Growth, Dominance):

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced on your account, you are eligible for a full refund of the first month's payment.
  • After Work Begins: Once work has commenced (strategy development, campaign setup, content creation, etc.), refunds are not available for that billing period as resources have already been allocated.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

Ad Spend

Any advertising spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) paid directly to advertising platforms is non-refundable through Score Digital. These funds are managed by the respective platforms and are subject to their own refund policies.

Project-Based Work

For one-time projects (website development, specific campaigns):

  • Before Project Start: Full refund available if cancelled before project kickoff.
  • During Project: Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed, at our discretion.
  • After Delivery: No refunds once the project has been delivered and approved.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a resolution that works for both parties. Many issues can be resolved through open communication and adjustments to our approach.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your name and business name
  • Service purchased and date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any relevant documentation

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
